Mr. Karimli, is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan for last four years and has overall more than 10 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, legal expertise, legal due diligence, licensing, administrative actions and succefully protected company interests in litigation processes in wich Akkord standed as a plaintiff or a defendant.

Practice areas:
- Worked as a legal attorney for the Akkord Corporation, which has implemented major construction and infrastructure projects in the Republic of Azerbaijan, protected company interests in litigation processes in wich Akkord standed as a plaintiff or a defendant.
- Managed legal aspects of a foreign company shares in its subsidiary in Azerbaijan Republic, merge-acquisition, company convertation from one legal form to another, maintenance of legal and corporate procedures for appointing and dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board, Management Board etc.
- As a member of the Bar Association of Azerbaijan Republic, he is successfully involved in various disputes – property disputes, administrative disputes, tax disputes, family and inheritance disputes, court disputes, privatization of property, protection of ownership rights of foreign legal or private persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
